What is included in the session price?
Each package price covers the studio or on-location session time, professional editing of selected images, and delivery through an online gallery. Printed products, albums, and extended usage rights are included only in specific packages as listed.
Do you require a deposit to book a session?
Yes, we ask for a partial deposit to confirm your booking date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, before or after shooting, depending on the package selected.
Can I reschedule my photography session?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to studio availability. We understand plans change, especially for family sessions involving young children, and we try to accommodate reasonable date changes.
How many edited photos will I receive?
The number of edited digital photos depends on the package chosen, ranging from 10 images in the Essential Portrait package to 50 images in the Complete Collection. Additional edited photos beyond the package limit can be purchased separately.
Do you offer outdoor sessions around Luxor?
Yes, several packages include the option of an outdoor location session at sites around Luxor, in addition to our studio. Location choice can be discussed during booking to suit lighting conditions and your preferences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments in Egyptian Pounds at the studio, as well as bank transfer for deposits. Please contact us directly to confirm the most convenient payment method for your booking.
